girl next door needs help

Let’s be honest here… I am your average girl next door.. I live in a small town and work hard for everything I get in life. I have been looking into plastic surgery for awhile to help boost my overall self confidence. I have lost almost 100lbs and now I need to smooth out lines to complete my goal. I am looking to increase my breast size; I’ve had small breasts my entire life I am not looking to get massive breasts.. I just want a normal sized pair that will fit my body shape the best.
I am an extremely sexually confident women.. Dispite my wavering confidence in my lack of boobs and my baby altering tummy. I tend to push my thoughts of those areas aside to move forward.
However I know that if I am able to have the surgery to help boost those things I will be unstoppable in work, fun and life.
Ultimately looking at getting a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck, total cost of $14,700.
I would be more than thankful for any kind of help at all to help achieve this goal.
