Hey there, I am young, cute, 22-year-old British transsexual woman needing an essential breast augmentation and nipple, areola reconstruction (enlargement of nipple and areola). I desperately need to have bigger breasts as I only have small boobs and it is affecting my self confidence and self-esteem. I would like to have double D breast size from my current A cup.
