When I was 19 I had a breast enlargement, I am now 35. My operation was performed by a really dodgy surgeon. I was so naive at the time and did not do my research properly 
As you will see from the photo one of my implants is higher than the other and they are now starting to ripple. Im so embarrassed and would really love another operation with new implants that will be even.
Unfortunately I do not have the money to pay for this operation. I have just separated from my husband who was very violent towards me. He stole a lot of money from me to feed his partying ways. I am now in debt and really struggling.
